PRIMO Description:
PRIMO is an interdisciplinary research partnership in the Departments of Management and Psychology designed to study the influence of multiculturalism in organizations. Since its founding in 2000 PRIMO has primarily focused on Hispanic-American work issues, but has recently expanded its focus to include issues facing African-Americans, and Asians in work organizations. Directors: Dianna L. Stone and Eugene F. Stone-Romero

MISSION AND GOALS: Advance research on multicultural issues in organizations Disseminate knowledge based on research through publication and presentations at international, national, and regional conferences Develop an international resource center for scholars and practitioners that will facilitate the inclusion of multicultural groups in organizations
